Scientific Programme now available!

Dear All,

We are pleased to inform you that the scientific programme for the IWGO conference is now available – see first option on left-hand menu bar. We have an exciting series of presentations lined up, which will set the scene for some interesting discussions. We will also have around the same number of participants as previous years and so this will provide good opportunities for networking.

Please be reminded that some of you will be required to obtain a visa to enter China. Please refer to the ‘Invitation Letter Request’ option on the left-hand menu bar for further instructions on how to do this.

Regarding accommodation, as you know we have negotiated special rates and reserved a block of rooms for the participants of the IWGO conference. Hotel bookings should be made by 15 March at the latest to secure this excellent price and room availability. Please refer to ‘Venue and Accommodation’ on the left-hand menu bar.

We are looking forward to a stimulating IWGO conference and would like to extend our sincere thanks to our generous sponsors who have contributed significantly to this conference.

With kind regards,

Many thanks for consideration.
