Hotel bookings must be made by that date to assure the conference rate and room availability


Cancellations are only accepted in written form by e-mail or letter. Cancellations received before DEADLINE_CANCELLATION will receive a full refund, less an administration charge of REG_REFUND CURRENCY. Thereafter refunds will not be available. However, you may nominate a substitute participant without additional cost until DEADLINE_SUBSTITUTE_PARTICIPANT.
